1. How is the vehicle condition guaranteed?

Every car comes with real mileage and actual photos. Third-party inspection can be arranged (fee negotiable).

2. How do you ship to my country?

We provide one-stop customs clearance, ocean freight and insurance to major ports worldwide, fully trackable.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (T/T) and letter of credit (L/C) are supported; terms are negotiable.

4. Can I return or exchange the car?

Full refund before departure. After arrival, any mismatch with the description can be negotiated for return or compensation.

5. Does the price include shipping and taxes?

The price covers the vehicle itself, excluding international freight and destination-country taxes. We can provide an all-in door-to-door quote including freight and insurance.

6. Can I arrange an independent inspection?

Yes, an independent third-party inspection can be arranged at a negotiable cost, and the inspection report can be provided with the vehicle.

7. Which countries do you export to?

We deliver to major ports worldwide, including Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, Central Asia and Southeast Asia. Contact us to confirm your destination.

8. How long does shipping take?

Port-to-port delivery typically takes 2–6 weeks depending on the route, and the shipment can be tracked throughout.

9. How do I get shipping insurance?

We can arrange marine cargo insurance at a rate based on the cargo value, with dedicated support for claims.

10. What export documents do you provide?

A full set of export documents including commercial invoice, certificate of origin and export customs declaration.
